    We have created a WooCommerce website with Shiprocket integration for shipping. Once the default push order status option is enabled, the tracking details are automatically updated once the order is processed.

    But here, I’m not received in this manner. Once the push order status is enabled, the order status changes to pending instead of shipped, and I don’t receive the tracking details automatically even after enabling the option in Ship rocket.

    Hi @rajesharjun

    The status “Shipped”, “In-Transit” etc are by default not supported in Woocommerce, thats why when shiprocket is changing the status (which is not recognized by woocommerce), it is being updated to Pending Payment.

    The solution is to define custom order statuses in woocommerce using third party plugin such as “Custom Order Status in woocommerce”.

    I understand the issue with the status changing. However, I have a query regarding the automatic update of tracking details when the push order status is enabled on Shiprocket.

    Hi,

    For updating tracking details, you need to setup the your website’s webhook in shiprocket settings.

    If you have already setup the webhook, please email your webhook url and screenshot of your shiprocket account’s webhook settings to [email protected] so that we can investigate further.
