Ship items from 2 countries

    I am trying to find a way or plugin to use to solve the following problem.
    Half of my items ship from the U.S. And half ship from Sweden.
    How can I set up a shipping method to charge flat rates for US and international flat rate Outside US for the U.S. based items? And flat rates for Sweden and international flat rate for outside Sweden for the Swedish based items? All within the same store.

    Any help is VERY appreciated.
