Shift Website from XAMPP to Online Hosting

Hey!

i have developed an entire site on my local system using XAMPP, now I want to host this website online (On 000webhost ) , I also have installed few plugins in the site. Now How could I do so can I simply make a database of same name and password on my hosting and then upload the wordpress folder or I need to do something else. Also do I need to upload the wordpress folder or just the files in it at the root directory.

Please help!
