Shift error in grid – boxes are overlapping

Problem – grid items are overlapping one another, als You can see on this image: https://i.imgur.com/WdG8Yrh.png
This occurs very often on mobile phones and sometimes on small PC browser windows.
Here’s the shortcode I used:
