Shell Lite- Replacing featured image with rotator widget

I have a website up and running, https://www.consignpcb.com. I have thrown in some images to see how everything will fit. However, I would like to replace the featured image (red circuit board), with the rotator widget I have displayed beneath it. Is there a simple way to do this? This is the first time I’ve ever done a website, so I am relying on google and forums to learn. That said, please keep it simple and assume I don’t know much. Thanks!
