I do see what you mean now by checking your Facebook and Twitter accounts. This is a known issue. Please see this thread for more information and how to modify your theme to force the pretty permalink structure:

Alternatively, you can enable the WP.me Shortlinks module to use our URL shortening service to use for social media sharing:
https://jetpack.me/support/wp-me-shortlinks/

The shortlink will be automatically inserted into your Publicize message, so there’s no need to copy and paste it anywhere.
