    Hello there,

I was not getting a response on my last thread- so I started a new one

It isn’t really a new question, it is the original question that still remains. Icons are not where they are supposed to be. Can we go back to figuring out why my original question is still happening?

I found that when I activate the plugin on the network, it works fine on the primary domain now for both desktop and mobile. But on the two subdomains, I get this error:

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/mytowntr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/libs/sfsi_Init_JqueryCss.php on line 92

If I deactivate the plugin on the network and activate it on each of the domains separately, the icons don’t show up on desktop or mobile still. Not sure if this is tied to the update or not, but this is still directly related to my original issue

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you @mytowntravels – and you have the latest plugin version installed?

    Yes, everything is fully updated.

Hi @mytowntravels! Could you please try to activate the plugin for each subsite individually, not via network activation? Let us know if that helps!

When I activate the plugin through the network, It works on the primary domain, but I get this error on both subsites:

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/mytowntr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/libs/sfsi_Init_JqueryCss.php on line 92

I have tried activating through each individual subsite and the primary domain. When I do that, the plugin doesn’t work on any of the sites. The error message disappears on one of the subsites, but not the other.

Checking in on this thread. Have not had a reply in 3 days. I continue to get the error message. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now. Can we please try to find a solution? Or can someone let me know if this plugin is just not going to work.

    Thank You.

    The developer says:

“Please ask the user to take the below steps:

    1. Deactivate the plugin from all the multisites
    2. Delete the SFSI options from database by running
    DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘sfsi_%’
    DELETE FROM wp_2_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘sfsi_%’
    ….
    DELETE FROM wp_n_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘sfsi_%’

Please note that the n in wp_n_options above denotes the multisite number this can be 1, 2, 3 … etc
    3. Activate the plugin on the multisite
