Sharing pages across network sites

Hey fellow wordpressers.

So, I inherited a large networks of sites, around 40 sites, 2800 db tables, and many are very, very similar, and much is generalized. So, I am wondering, how could I have, say, a “rules” or “policies” page in the database once, as one piece of content, and used across many sites, branded as each site…

I am unsure if I am wording this properly, but I hope so…it would help as pages like rules and policies change a couple times a year and changing it across 40 sites is a hassle for the content dude.

I come from more of a Drupal background, and this is only my second deep dive into WordPress…the first time MU was still an individual product…
