      Hi @and082,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue. Can you please go to the Help tab in the plugin settings, go to the last question, and then copy and paste the diagnostic information in your reply.

Secondly, could you please share a screenshot of what your post edit page looks like which is having the issue with sharing.

      Thanks,

Additionally, the server logs show the following errors:

      Hi @and082,

To be able to provide further help, it would be great if you could provide the information I mentioned before. It is interesting that the issue is not happening on mobile. The error message you mentioned looks like a CURL error of some kind but it doesn’t give me enough information to quite troubleshoot things effectively.

The issue could be environmental, i.e. something specific to your setup rather than a generic issue with the plugin, otherwise I would have more reports on this. What I would suggest is trying a new browser in incognito window, and ensuing you have no browser extensions and giving it a go. I say this because maybe it’s something to do with your browser and that’s why on mobile it works ok. Thanks,

      Hi @and082,

What language is your WordPress in, is it Chinese?

Are you able to do a simple share to Google My Business with just some simple English text like “Hello this is my post”.

Can you please share with me the link of your post, and also a screenshot of the full edit page which should show our share metabox.

      Is SiteGround your hosting company?

      Thanks,

      Hi @northernbeacheswebsites ,

      My WordPress language is Japanese.
Even simple English text cannot be shared to Google My Business.

This problem did not occur initially.
(It was also possible to share in Japanese)
I thought the issue was with the WordPress version update, so I already tried downgrading the version 6.5.3→6.4.4.

This is what I found out in addition.
I found that if there was even one copied and pasted text, the update would fail.
I can update and share by re-entering everything.

I disable the plugin, I can update it even if I copy and paste.

      Hi @and082,

Ok thanks for this information. I will try and keep looking into this to see if I can repeat it. I am not sure of the specifics in this case. Thank you,

      Sorry for the sudden message.
I also got the same error.
An error occurred when the main content was a long sentence.
And I found a way to improve it.
Try changing the [POST_CONTENT] part to [POST_EXCERPT] on the settings page.
I was able to improve this.
