Sharing link adds " " in title

Whenever I go to share something, ie sharing post to twitter.. The tweet will be formatted with a bunch of “+” signs. So if the title were “Man goes to shop” it will translate to: Man+goes+to+shop when being shared.
Help would be appreciated.
