SHARING IMPOSSISBLE

when i add to screen on my mobile android phone, sharing on social media becomes impossible but i can share on my laptop. the phone sends a CAN’T LOAD URL message. that the domain of this url is not included inthe apss domain. i have no idea what that means. pls help
