Sharing counters reset

    Did you recently change your site’s permalink structure, or switch to another domain name?

    Twitter, Facebook et al associate the sharing counts to URLs, so if that URL changes all platforms start counting from 0 again, indeed.

    If you want your sharing counts to be back to the way they were, you will have to switch back to your previous permalink structure.
