Sharing connections no longer works

Hi, I am running WordPress 4.5.3 and recently my sharing connections no longer works. When I post new blogs it does not automatically propagate them to Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter and more.
I have tried :
disabling plugins
reconnecting Facebook, Twitter, Tumblrall to no avail, is this a known issue? Please help! my site is my.prostreetonline.com
