Sharing buttons at bottom of posts

Hi there

I’m in the process of moving a .com wordpress site to a .org using the Baskerville theme. There are a few differences between them which is fine but a couple of larger ones that I’d like to sort out are:

1) Can sharing buttons be added to the bottom of each post?
2) Can the content be shown rather than just an excerpt on the category pages?

The settings for both seem to be added into the .com site so it might not be part of the .org theme.
