Sharing Buttons aren’t show up after changing theme

I am using Social Warfare for a long time now (I have already purchase it) but after changing my WordPress theme I can’t see the sharing buttons. I set them to ‘ON’ on every post (above and bellow) and nothing happens. Shortcode sometimes works, other times not so much.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Oh, and the click-to-tweet shortcode is always full-width and not centered in the center of the post.
