Sharethis plugin shows up double on the individual post page

Hi,

My website is https://www.450detroit.com. If you click on the title of an individual post, sharethis shows up in double at the bottom.

Is there a way to get it to just show up once, or remove it completely from the individual post page? (The side hover bar would be sufficient for individual post pages).

I really like sharethis and I have been looking to solve the issue for awhile on my own, but have had no luck. Let me know what you think I should do!
