ShareThis-how to change icons color?

    I have ShareThis installed on my blog, I’d like to find out if I can change icons into monochromes (e.g light gray) and, if it’s possible, how I should make it.
    What I mean is that I would like to go from

    to
    this
    or even to
    this one

    right click one of the images, find where they are…. use ftp or some other access, retrieve the files… use your favourite paint program and edit them. simply re-upload them. done.

    thanks for your help; but I am not sure I understand it the right way: do you mean right click an icon image? and what should I click right after to find file location?
