  • Hi,

Are you facing issues in configuring the ShareThis Plugin Menu?
If yes, could you please check if you have installed any “https” plugin which makes your Admin Panel HTTPS Enabled.
    For this please refer –
    https://support.sharethis.com/customer/portal/articles/446440#sthash.RtTxY4ky.dpbs

Also, make sure that after changing the button size or position, you have save the changes on last step i.e. STEP-6 of your ShareThis plugin.

hi, thanx for getting back to me.

    1: no HTTPS
2: always save. did it one more time this morning, same result, no changes.

also noticed i cannot log out of the applet setup area. if that helps.

    any other ideas?

Could you please provide the error screenshots so that we can further investigate the issue.

hi guys, thanx for getting back. there is no “error message”. i go thru the 6 step process to configure sharethis, change my settings, size of icons etc, press save and the choices do not take. the icons stay as they were before config.

In that case, could you please check the other installed plugins, one of which might be conflicting with ShareThis Plugin.
You can try it by deactivating other installed plugins.

same me: can not change button style
after click Save button it say “Your options were successfully updated”
but on my website it still show default button style.

    im using namecheap hosting
    thank you.

Similar issue, but not exactly. My buttons are 32px, but the word “Share” above is only 24 and wraps. I’ve tried to conquer with some creative CSS, but apparently I’m not creative enough. My site isn’t operational yet, but I believe you can get to my home page at https://www.suiteeffects.com

As we can check your site, ShareThis is not implemented instead some other service is installed.
