Shares Not Grabbing URL or Page Title

One site seems to have an issue with the share links grabbing the correct URL and page title – only the default (main) url and title. On other sites (same theme/setup/plugins) it works as expected.
https://theavenuepub.comI’ve double checked SEO plugin setting – also the same as other sites it works on…any thoughts or possible solutions would be much appreciated.
