Shares not counted after update

    I have the exact same problem, only mine has been going on for a couple of weeks now.
    Whenever someone shares any of my posts from my website the share count doesnt change.
    Please help!

    You’re right @ledaki I think it was more than the latest update. Maybe 2 updates ago. Something went wrong recently. I hope they can fix it.

    It worked for us. I guess the trick is: “Refresh while loading,” and maybe the Cash Expiration in 1 hour? (We had ours at 30 min). But “Refresh While loading” did the trick I guess.

    Hi Rene,

    Our setting are as described on the provided page except the API key, but the counts are not changing for the past couple of months. We don’t have an API key.

    Has this plugin changed to only paid version? I see on your site that there are only 500 daily free requests when using the API.
