Facebook is the issue, and AddToAny has an FAQ on troubleshooting share count issues (particularly Facebook share counts):

Issues with Facebook’s official share counts API are often resolved by using the “Scrape Again” button from Facebook’s Sharing Debugger.

@alonsooreyna Hello, i use Snap Auto Poster plugin to post into facebook automatically. i did’t had this problem before 12/13 july. Nothing change in my website. I saw other sites who use Add to Any have same probles, and some other who apparently have not this problem, or maybe they use manually debugger on facebook tools like this: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ . I don’t know what’s happen, i try to solve it with other plugins or fix something, but nothing. Seam that we dont have help from Add To Any support for a general and detailed solution. They only said “Facebook is the problem” ….

My share counts all reset to zero for no reason; nothing has changed on my end. Please help.

I can confirm the problem is most probably on the Facebook end. Every new post on my client’s website has 0 share counts. Manually letting the Facebook scrape the post via https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ works well. Unfortunately it’s not sustainable solution for the future.

Sure, is impossible scraping manually everytime…
