shares buttons not showing on frontend or backend by plugin

Please advise on best course of action.
Wordpress version 4.0
Latest version of Mashare from 9-16-2014
Example site with existing issue.
Page being used on with shortcode.

Just installed plugin. Go to All Social Networks Tab
changed drop down option from 1 to All Social Networks.
saved. No buttons are showing to rearrange or as in examples on the screenshots.
Nor is the buttons showing on front end of site.

Tried clearing cache, Looked in console no errors.
Installed 2 fresh WordPress 4.0 and installed plugin: one on same host and one on different host. Same results as I am having above. Tried looking in cross-browers and platforms (mac, windows, android, linux, also tried browserstack.com testing. Not sure what is going on.

What are my next steps to fix this?
