Shared post on FB shows a different post's title – help??

  • Strange thing is happening with my blog. When I go to share a post, it shows up in the title as another post I wrote previously, but when you click on it, it takes you to the right one. I’m so confused. This started happening yesterday or the day before. I thought it was because of the SEO plugin I’m using (Yoast) since I’ve been adding SEO titles in it but I deactivated the plugin and the issue persists. Does anyone know what could be causing this to happen? I’m so confused!

    Copy and paste this link to your FB to see a preview, and you will see a title from a totally different post I’ve written in the past. It’s bizzare and very frustrating!

  • While we will not likely post another’s unknown site link to our FB, we may ask if your theme recently used is also adding FB support? While such issues often seem random, they tend to actually not be….
