Share with Video Thumbnail

I am starting to put a blog together that will have embeded videos on it. The site is not up though as of yet and I come here to see if some can help with this so I know how to go about doing it.
I ran into the same issue on another site I had and looked into a solution but got no-where.

I will need the posts on the site/blog to have a facebook and other social networking share options.
This part I have figured out. The old site I installed an open graph plugin and also a share plugin. All worked great with thumbnails with the exception of video.

Can someone explain to me, what is the best way and what plugins I can use to be able to share the posts and have a thumbnail of video show up with it(always gave me text only for vid’s). I been to many sites that share vid’s straight over to FB.
I figure I am going to ask first and see how it should be done first. ANy help is much apprecited as always.

And yes, I did do a search, tried a lot of stuff last time just to get lost.
