Share user information across multiple blogs.

I am building a multi-site and here is what I need to know.

I want to have one subdomain, updateprofile.mysite.com

Here is where my users would update their profile information and products they want to sell.

When they click on submit, I want every profile on each site to be updated and their products to be updated.

Is this possible? plugins maybe?
