I read articles on my iPhone a lot, mostly from Bloomberg. If I’m reading an article that I like and I want to share it with someone, the app natively gives me the options to share on Facebook, Twitter, or E-mail. Is there an easy way that I could use one of those 3 functions to quickly embed the story into a WordPress post on WordPress website?

I don’t know if I’d need widgets, I don’t have many so likely I wouldn’t have anything suggested.

Check out WordPress for iOS which would let you share a URL easily (posting site content would typically require specific rights).

Thanks, I have that app on my iPhone. I was hoping there would be a way to embed the article into my wordpress post with a better look than a URL.

If I hit the share to Facebook option within the Bloomberg app, it rolls into a Facebook post that allows me to have a comment above, then a picutre from the Bloomberg article is below along with the header and a brief summary of the article, and lastly a clean Bloomberg icon with “via bloomberg” written.

I would love my blog post to be as clean as that.

I’m kind of curious if I posted it to Facebook first, could I then either share it to my WordPress post or grab the code to past into a wordpress post.

I think that you can get this done using the Press This function or Press This Reloaded plugin in WordPress.
It is a bookmarklet app, that lets you save content from different sources and edit them up.
