Share Title displays when Share Buttons are Disabled

Hi

Thanks for this excellent plugin. I discovered an issue.
If you disable “after content” in the settings and then add the buttons manually to the page template, the buttons will come up.
But if you now disable the buttons on a specific page by checking the meta box – “Disable on this post”, the buttons will be hidden but the share title will remain which is not okay.
How can this be fixed so that the share text is hidden too. This only works well when you do not manually add the code.
