Share This plugin: Not enough privileges

I’ll explain my problem:

I set up Share This plugin for my website based on WP. I received a “congratutalions” email:

So, I clicked on the link:

but the message shown wasn’t “welcome” (I’ll translate it from Spanish):

Not enough privileges to access this page

I don’t know what’s the problem.

Even, I sent them an email last week but any response since then.

Does someone have any clue?

Could someone help me, please?
