I was trying to use the Woocommerce app, and I noticed that the application only shows the latitude of the map. Is there a way to show the map and have the ability to share the map?

Hi, what do you mean by “only shows the latitude of the map” can you please send a screenshot?

    – The map shows on the admin order screen as well as after the customer places the order and in the order history of the customer for the particular order.

    – There is no way to currently share the map…you can share the link that is created to the customer’s location. But a link to or image of the customer’s location can also bee seen in the order emails sent to the admin and customer. You can decide to show a button, QR code or Static Map image.

As you can see from the screenshots
    check images here
The data of the map is shown as custom fields and the fields are the latitude and the longitude. the picture is from the woocommerce application.

Is there a way to show the map that is shown on the admin order screen to be also on the Woocommerce application.

And Another thing I was trying to send the location as a button that it did not shown in the email.

    Thank you in advanced

I wasn’t aware it doesn’t show in the WooCommerce app. I created an issue to check this out.

Regarding the location as button in the email, have you enabled the option and set which emails the button should appear in?

See here: https://lpacwp.com/docs/getting-started/plugin-settings/general-settings/#add-map-link-to-order-emails the option is in the plugin settings page: https://prnt.sc/KhYIShGPIFRN

About the map not showing in the WooCommerce app…I’m not sure this is something that can be addressed. I did some quick research and couldn’t find anything on it. It most likely is the fact that the Map is hooked to the admin dashboard on your website. But the WooCommerce mobile app is a native app that pulls data from your store so doesn’t work the same way as with the normal site dashboard that has area that can be hooked into.

    Hello Uriahs,

I was using an email customizer called YayMail, I figured out how to add the button to that email, thank you for your support.

Sorry to bother you but I noticed something regarding the save address, if a customer adds an address and needs to edit it, he can’t edit, he is only able to change the name of the saved address. is there a way to let the client edit his address whole address

Hi @alihmd94 This is a pro feature. In the future Please submit a support ticket here: https://lpacwp.com/contact/ for pro related questions.

But yes I’m aware of this and I have an issue opened for it. It will be possible in a future version of the plugin. For now customers would have to change the address during checkout and save it with the new details and then delete the old one if needed.

I know it’s not ideal but editing will be possible in the future.
