Share Logins not working

    Hello Share Logins! I’m really excited about the capabilities of your product but it’s currently not working. I have it installed on both sites and I have the same access keys, etc. on both sites. When I test, the Activity Log shows the following for both sites:

    February 8, 2019 6:37 pm trigger outgoing https://marketing-mob.com MarketingMob
    February 8, 2019 6:37 pm login outgoing https://marketing-mob.com MarketingMob

    But neither Activity Log shows anything s incoming.

    Please help! As one of the other users mentioned. I’m testing the “Free” membership before upgrading.

    Make sure you have added Remote Sites, and configure incoming and outgoing requests in all of your sites.

    Hi Nazmul. Yes, I’ve done all of that. I’ve set up Remote site for Site A to Site B and for Site B to Site A. On both sites and checked all of the boxes. The set up is pretty easy to follow. It is still not working. Please help. Thanks!

    Hi Nazmul – I just tried to submit a ticket and it says that i”m not allowed.

    Here’s what is says specifically:

    You are not allowed to submit a ticket.

    Hi Nazmul – I’m checking in. I haven’t heard back from you on the support ticket so I wanted to see if my issue is still being worked on. I’d really like to use your product. Any progress? Thanks a bunch!
