    Really great plugin. I am highly looking forward to a premium version. Big question. I love the Geo tracking that is happening but I need it to not ask the user to share location, rather it should retrieve based on IP or some other method that doesn’t require user intervention. Is that possible with this version? If not, will it be available in the paid version? When is the paid version going to be available?

    This isn’t possible at the moment. But there should be wp plugins available that can tell you where a users is located based on his IP. You would have to make some code changes yourself to make it work together.

    I don’t have any plans for a feature like that in the future. I first have to complete the 2.0 update. Then finish coding the premium version and after that I will start looking into new features.

    Because I have to deal with freelance work as well, and new projects sometimes unexpectedly show up. It’s really hard to put a date on the premium version.

    I have coded most of the features, but they are all based on the 1.x code. And after I release the 2.0 update, I need to make sure they also work with the 2.0 code. Which would probably take a month or so.

    Thanks for responding. You mentioned freelance work. I work for a company who is highly interested in having this map feature work without asking for the location. Could we hire you as a freelancer to complete this request?

    I’m unfortunately not available for plugin customizations, sorry. But you can try and find a developer on Codeable.io who can help you with the customization. I never used it myself, since I can code but I heard good things about it.

    If you are going to hire someone to make the modifications for you, then maybe it’s better if you send me an email first so that I can send the 2.0 version as it is.

    The 2.0 is feature complete and as far as I know there are no issues. The only reason I haven’t released it yet is because I haven’t finished writing the documentation. And I’m waiting to hear back from the WPML team whether it is 100% compatible with the WPML plugin.

    Lot of things changed between the 1.x code and the new 2.0 version. So updating will be more difficult once modifications have been made.
