AddToAny gets counts directly from each service’s official API, so issues with counts are usually a site issue (such as changed URLs) or service glitch. You can see what Facebook sees with Facebook’s URL debugger here:
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/

If a number isn’t appearing in a counter, your browser isn’t reaching a service’s API. This is often caused by filtering (ad blockers, etc.) you have enabled on your own browser/device/connection. Right now your site is displaying numbers for visitors.

Thanks for the help, I did check on various browsers, devices and computers. What I don’t understand is how did all of my past counts disappear? For example, the 2nd post on drones should have 20+ on Facebook, Twitter 10+ and LinkedIn 10+.

The numbers were correct up until 48 hours ago, when they reset to zero.

    Appreciate your help.

If official counts from multiple services reset, something materially changed on your site. You should look into what the Facebook plugin removal changed exactly (perhaps your Open Graph meta tags).
