Share Count still at 0

Lately this plugin has been stuck at 0 for days. Last time after about 5 days of the guy that owns the site I hard coded a work around, not that quit over the weekend so I just went in and updated to the latest version of Mashsharer. Still stuck at 0.
Cleared page cache = done multiple times
Checked for curl = yes it’s enabled
Checked URL with API Key = works
