share count reset to zero

I just noticed that two of my share buttons have cleared to zero on all my posts: the ones for Facebook and G+. Yet the ones for Twitter and LinkedIn remain functional. I’m also using v4.7 of the plugin, and my WP version is v3.9.2

I am also having this issue. I thought it was all counters at zero but I see now that g+ is working. Have you resolved your issue?

My Pinterest shares seem to reset to 0 sometimes, not always though.

Hey friends, I did resolve my issue. what happened for me was that I had made a change in the general way my permalinks were structured and so all of my blog post social media numbers were reset to zero because it was like I created all new posts.

So start there, if you’ve made any changes to your categories or permalinks, it might be that.

My permalinks are the same way they’ve always been. So that’s sadly not a resolution for me ?? .

Anyone else?

Same issue for me. FB counter does not work anymore. Did’nt change anything. No idea. Waiting for a fix ??

I am experiencing the same problem You have. My Pinterest counts reset to 0 every now and then. Only Pinterest.

Have You figure it out what is it?

Please review the information on this page which should explain what’s going on, for Facebook at least. Further social share counts will be added if it becomes a requirement.

Same issue here… Only pinterest and only some of the pictures. Went from 40 shares to 0. Happened before but restored again. Now it stays 0. Didn’t change permalinks etc…

i’m having the situation with pinterest only.
no changes to permalinks.
please post any solutions.
I’m not using this plugin but apparently this isn’t the plugins fault.
