Share count not showing on single post

I love the Mashshare plugin and have had no issues with it until now.

Unfortunately, the latest post on my site is not showing the share count. There’s no problem with all of the older posts — the share count is updating fine for those.

Here is the problem post:

I’ve tried switching the caching method to “Refresh while loading,” clearing all the different caches (many times), purged the Mashshare DB cache and reinstalled the plugin.

with access token

I tried creating a Facebook User Access Token, but this didn’t solve the problem.

In “Custom Fields” for the problem post, the share count is not being refreshed:

In step 8, I can see the share count in the URL without the access token but not with the access token, so I removed the access token.

None of this helped. I’d really appreciate any help with this as I’m baffled!
