Share count not showing

    Love the plugin!

    The only problem is that the share count of my posts are not appearing next to the share buttons.

    It looks like the plugin is getting the accurate share counts from SharedCount: I can see my top 5 most shared posts in the dashboard. Here’s a screenshot:

    On the edit screen of individual posts, the share count is also shown in the sidebar. Take this post for example: https://www.interiorcharm.com/kitchen/luxury-kitchens/

    Everything looks good, but on the front-end the share count is not shown.

    Could it have something to do with the fact that all these shares were made on the http-version of the website? I’ve recently switched to https.

    I’ve checked the box “Preserve HTTP Counts” and its getting the data in the backend, but somehow it’s not displayed on the front-end.

    If there’s anything I can do to find the problem please let me know.

    Some of the styles, including the “Bar” style you have selected, are not designed to include individual counts with each button, but rather to use the “Total Counts” button to display the count.

    You can:

    1. Add the “Total Counts” button to display the count
    2. Select a different style, one that doesn’t hide the individual button counts
    3. Add custom CSS to your theme to modify the “bar” style to include the share count.

    I forgot that we have to add the Total Count manually in the “Share Buttons to Display” section. What a fantastic plugin, thanks so much!
