Share count not showing

Hi
installed cunjo and all widgets are in place. What is not working is the counter. Shared twitter, shared facebook, shared linkedin. All were posted to these platforms…but the count on cunjo, not so. I refreshed the page several times…not working. Can you let me know what the reason may be?
