Share count not recovered with PRO version

    When I switched to the https version of my site, I lost all my share counts. I upgraded to the pro version and my shares are still not being counted. I have sent two emails wihout a response. What am I missing? Is there something that I have to do to make the total count of shares show up?

    @golfczech Hi there! I’m so sorry to hear about the trouble here! We did respond to your support message a few days ago, letting you know that we were able to activate the Combine HTTP/HTTPS Protocols feature of Share Count Recovery for your site, so you should start seeing your share counts return to their previous levels. If you take a look at one of the posts you mentioned in your email (https://beautyandthebeets.com/very-berry-hibiscus-refresher/), you should see about 46.2k pins being shown, as well as 144 Facebook shares.
