Share Count freezes at cero “0”

  • Again there is an Share Count issue. It displays “0” on two websites using Add to Any plugin.
    Had these problems a few weeks ago, there was a topic here.
    When is the problem fixed for good?

    AddToAny gets share counts directly from services, so issues with counts are, almost always, between your site and those services. Counts are working as expected on other sites.

    Use Facebook’s sharing debugger to troubleshoot your sites’ issue with counts, and use its “Scrape Again” button (or “Batch Invalidator”) to update Facebook on changes to your site/page(s).

    Hello Micropat,

    I believe I have to disagree. The problem appears always temporarily. Not only one site, but on two sites on different servers and different themes also different Facebook APIs. Also, Facebook Debugger indicates correct shares and counts, while AddToAny remains “0”.

    This is a software problem. Right now shares indicate “0” again.

    Please let me know what to do about that.

    Also:
    I tried other apps too. There were troubles as well with cero counts. The solution there: Facebook API and APP secret.
    Maybe this is the problem here too?
    I saw no field to insert this data at AddToAny.
