    How does it calculate the share count? When I enabled the share count, it showed a count for many posts (esp for the ones shared on social platforms) but it does not show anything for the posts published after that.

    Hello,

    Please try refreshing the share count cache in Social Snap ? Settings ??Social Sharing ??Manage Networks ??Force Refresh Now.

    Thanks. It worked. But could you please tell me how frequently it auto refreshes? As it seems to be not working until I force refresh.
