Share buttons not displaying

    Hi.
    I had configured the share buttons settings to display in every page except the cart, terms and conditions, etc., and the share buttons did exactly the opposite. It was displayed in none of the pages, except for the excluded pages.
    So I removed the exceptions, but still didn’t work. So now the share buttons are not being displayed anywhere on my website.
    Could someone suggest a fix to this?

    Yup, I’m using your sticky share buttons.

    Here’s the information you asked for:

    • Your WordPress version: 5.9.3
    • The PHP version on WordPress: 8.0.18 (Supports 64bit values)
    • The ShareThis Share Buttons’ version: Version 1.5.7

    Thank you for providing us with more information on this.
    We tried replicating the issue, but we weren’t successful. So we will ask you if you can uninstall and reinstall the plugin again to see if this helps reset the configuration for the buttons and solve the issue.

    Additionally, if you wish, you could send us an email with screenshots of the configuration you have for the Sticky Buttons and the URL of your page to [email protected] so we can better assist you.

    @ar2007 did it help (uninstalling-reinstalling). I’ve just noticed that I have something similar…

    Oh, I found my problem. Apparently, after update to WP6 (& some related plugins’) the connection to sharethis account was broken. When I went to settings it was “login to your account” somewhere on the line. When I logged in, everything was restored.

    Well, I’m glad it worked out for you.
    I did those same things, but the buttons are still not being displayed. I don’t think it’s a problem with my account, for me.
