If the USM plugin is active on your site then it should appear in your website’s source code here https://www.screencast.com/t/3chZNNDL3.

We didn’t find it there which means that a caching plugin/server-side caching solution is active.

Could you please check if you have such a plugin and if so disable it temporarily?
