Share Button Picture Issue

Hi there,

If I set a featured image to a post and actually publish the post, and then change the featured image at a later date, the new image doesn’t update in the share button’s pop-up cookie (in this case, the Facebook share). Also, text doesn’t seem to update either. Which means if I do any edits on a post and someone tries to share the post on Facebook at a later date, it’ll show old information. The LinkedIn button doesn’t even share an image at all when it’s supposed to…

I assume this is a cache issue but am not certain since several days have passed and nothing has updated. The only time I have gotten the issue resolved for the Facebook button is when I changed all permalinks from “day and name” to just “post name.”
