I know there is an option “Participate in the Real-Time WordPress Security Network”.

I have sites on a shared server that are getting login attempts from the same IPs. They are immediately blocked on the first attempt, but still I feel they could be blocked before since I have the information of the IP that was previously blocked on another site.

For example, if I have 100 sites on a shared or private server, each site will receive at least one attempt. If bots use 100 IPs, they will make at least 10.000 login attempts. If I share those IPs internally, they will only be able to do 100 login attempts.

What do you think? is this possible?

It is not currently possible, but I have added your suggestion to an existing request for the same feature.

I can’t promise that it will make it into a release, or when it might be if it does, but every suggestion we get is evaluated carefully and considered seriously. Thanks for the input!
