Well, I’d say it’s possible, but you’d need some customization. Here’s just an overview of what I’d suggest:

1. Create your grid of forms and each of them have their own goal, but use the [give_forms] shortcode and make sure that show_goal is set to false See here: https://docs.givewp.com/shortcode-give-forms
