Shady practice and deceptive features

I use this plugin for many years and it always work. After several updates when you export they lock you out of restoring your site!!! The tutorial provided doesn’t work and only exist to sell their addon ( they pulled this feature out of old version to sell it to you again )

How can a dev in good faith suggest unlimited php execution time and file size knowing that hosts will simply block this. Unless you run your own server which I say 99.9% of people don’t you have no control over this and aren’t getting your site restored. There are no solutions other than pay up

I am greatly ashamed for what happen to this glorious plugin. If anyone finds a good alternative please inform me
