Shadowox, and JW player embed

Hi, I succsefully embed JW player with shadowbox on the ondemand theme.I ve a license for the player and skin.this the code I use but the skin is not the right one.Any Suggestion ?

PS everything work fine ,but the skin is not the one I choose.
