Shadowbox working on some pages, not on others

Hi there,
Great plugin but after last update, things started to go a little wonky. I’m not a wordpress expert but have checked with the theme developer and he confirmed this was a plugin issue.
On this page, shadowbox is working great:
https://www.landcustomconstruction.com/silver-start-mountain/silver-start-resort-home-arnica/On this page, the photos open up but there are no arrows or numbers showing to scroll through the images so each one has to be opened individually.
https://www.landcustomconstruction.com/waterfront/modern-construction/On the home page, when clicking on an image from the carousel at the bottom, the images open up in a whole new page.

This page has the same issue:
https://www.landcustomconstruction.com/renovation-gallery/Is there any way of resolving this? It seems that every new gallery I insert, the plugin now does not process properly.
