shadowbox js title to popup not showing?

Hi am posting again as have had no help
Is there anyway to add a title to the popup as each image has a title but it does not show? Plus can you make the title linkable?

Have managed to add title to some popups – see

BUT this does not work on all pages? – see

I would also like to make the titles or popups linkable?
