    Hi,

I love this plugin. I’ve been using it for the last two or more years and, until now, it worked nicely and gracefully.

But after a clean reinstall of my sever I tried to restore two sites backed up with the plugin and got the “SGExceptionMigrationError”, which indicates me that I have to pay a Pro plan because I would triying to migrate my sites.

This however is not the case. I’m trying to restore the sgbp to the exactly same domains, with the exactly same congigurations, as I always did.

Please let me know how to solve this issue, because if I could not restore the sites, I will lost years of work.

I used the plugin to backup four more sites. I did not try with these other. I will wait for your answer.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answers.

There’s no way for me to get access to log file because, as I said in the first mesagge, I made the backup for a clean installation of my server os. So, the server’s hard disk was completly formated.

I made the backups of my sites, downloaded the sgbp files and the server was completly deleted and reinstalled, as I did a lot of times before this one, in all of them using your plugin, smootly and securely.

This is the first time that it is not working.

Is there any possible solution without log files?

    Dear @egoipse ,

Thank you for getting back to us.

When you tried to restore, a restore log file should have been created. If you click on the Download button, you should see the possibility to download the log.
We really need to see the log to try and understand the problem you’ve faced.
